Marzena Zaziąbł

She has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Over a 10-year experience, she has been in various roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and People Manager. Marzena shapes teams and organizations to deliver outcomes in a more effective and agile way. Analyzes and helps define the organizational culture, worked as a coach and mentor for teams’ managers and C-level management. Always starts working with the end in mind, relies on metrics, feedback and facts. She believes that everyone has the power to change the world.

She is a certified Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Leader, and Project Manager (PSM I, PSM II, PSPO, PAL I, Prince2 Foundation). Marzena is a proponent of maximizing work not done, measuring results, and optimizing the flow of value through a process.
