Agile practitioner, since 2011 associated with the IT industry. Supporting organizations in achieving agility by building it around self-managing teams focused on delivering business value. Błażej gained his experience in small and large companies where he participated in agile transformation, defining new roles, structures and ways of working.

He has a number of original training projects related to the development of competences in building an agile organization. He conducts trainings in the following areas: Product Management, Agile Leadership, Agile Organisation,Agile Culture, Extreme programming, Recruiting & OnBoarding, Agile HR. Marzena Zaziąbł

Marzena Zaziąbł

She has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Over a 10-year experience, she has been in various roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and People Manager. Marzena shapes teams and organizations to deliver outcomes in a more effective and agile way. Analyzes and helps define the organizational culture, worked as a coach and mentor for teams’ managers and C-level management. Always starts working with the end in mind, relies on metrics, feedback and facts. She believes that everyone has the power to change the world.

Coach and mentor for current and future Leaders. She has conducted many workshops and talks in the areas of Agile Methods and Frameworks, Agile Software Development, Organizational Culture, Performing Teams, and Coaching Skills for Leaders. Speaker and trainer at the Agile Swarming Conference, conference, Soft Skills Academy as well as Agile MeetUps such as ALE Kraków, Zwinna Łódź, ProductTank. An active member of the DareIT community, helping women start and grow in the IT world.

Marzena graduated from the "Coach and Trainer - Development Partner" studies at Tischner European University in Krakow, gaining ICF ACSTH Accreditation. She is a certified Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Leader, and Project Manager (PSM I, PSM II, PSPO, PAL I, Prince2 Foundation). Marzena is a proponent of maximizing work not done, measuring results, and optimizing the flow of value through a process.
