Trainer, coach and HR Business Partner with many years' experience working with people and organisations, particularly in environments characterised by change and uncertainty. He has been involved in the IT sector since 2015, where he supports teams and leaders in areas such as facilitation, managerial skills development, coaching, performance management and HR processes.
His approach is based on empathy, conscious work with emotions, and the power of well-posed questions that help us better understand ourselves, others and the context in which we operate. Tomasz particularly values practical learning – during workshops, he works on participants’ real-life situations, combining reflection with action.
A graduate of the Jagiellonian School of Trainers, SWPS University (Coaching/Psychology) and numerous development programmes in the field of people management and leadership skills development (including Franklin Covey programmes).
